Business has soul...Management has a harmonious role

Its simple. Business has a soul. I would rather say every community has a soul. Managers would do well if they could let the subordinates be and just let the organization breathe. If it breathes well, the business can do really well. There are bright ideas caught up in the dark of envious vibes, there are great pieces of tasks to be accomplished languishing in the silos of disharmonious thinking. Gaps need to be filled, collective positive energy needs a free flow. We can see if we try that there is not much distinction between organization and organism.
